One book I turn to, over and over again, is Maree Tarnowska’s book Fashion Dolls. In addition to the beautiful photographs, there’s a detailed section in the back which shows all the various body types. This book can be purchased at a reasonable price in used condition. Ebay is one place to look. I would also check stock at used book sellers such as Abe Books.
